What is a Regular Cleaning?

A Regular Cleaning is a maintenance service designed to keep your entire home consistently clean, organized, and fresh. It focuses on the essential tasks that preserve comfort and cleanliness between deep cleanings.

Can I cancel, reschedule, or skip my cleaning?

We compensate our teams based on the number of homes cleaned each day. Same-day cancellations cause significant financial and logistical impacts, as they disrupt our schedule and the team’s earnings.
For this reason, we kindly ask all clients to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for house cleaning or window cleaning appointments. This helps us maintain fair scheduling and consistent service quality for everyone.

What is the difference between a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning?

During a Deep Cleaning, we clean your home from top to bottom, reaching every detail.
With a Regular Cleaning, we make sure all the areas detailed during your deep cleaning are maintained and kept spotless over time.

Do you work on holidays?

There are only four holidays in which we don’t work: 4Th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
